Synquizitive is a multiplayer trivia game that uses AI to generate questions. The App offers both free and premium features through subscriptions.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide appropriate display names suitable for all ages
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your game data
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use inappropriate or offensive display names
- Cheat or manipulate game mechanics
- Harass other players or disrupt gameplay
- Create inappropriate custom categories
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancellations must be made through your device's app store
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
6. Custom Categories
When using custom categories:
- Topics must be appropriate for all ages
- Questions are generated by AI based on your topic
- We reserve the right to restrict inappropriate topics
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to AI-generated questions, graphics, and code, is owned by Synquizitive and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- Service availability may vary
10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
